Smart Search Manager for eDOCS

Smart Search Manager is a platform with a browser-like, fast search in eDOCS DM based on document and profile information. Search by free text and use filters, shortcuts or pre-defined searches to turn results into a focused hit list.

By combining the structured and rich information base from the document and profile information, this application provides an easy and fast search in eDOCS DM. Smart Search Manager has a built-in guide available. The appearance of filters, columns, shortcuts and search methods can be customized under settings in accordance with user preferences.

Smart Search Manager for eDOCS has allows you to transfer a hit list into the eDOCS Quick Retrieve. Here you can use the rich eDOCS DM functionality like the Document Menu, associate to folders and/or store for offline use in Attaché.
